Job Title: General Manager – Lifestyle Hotel - London

Salary: Up to £80,000 + bonus

Location: London

I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this new lifestyle hospitality group.

As General Manager you will oversee the operations of their lifestyle aparthotel.

We are looking for a great leader who has experience with new openings and projects and is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.

About the position

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Bring the brand to life
• Team up with the Head of Product
• Build and recruit a new team
• Ensure a positive working environment
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Support the HoDs with the day-to-day running of the operations
• Lead from the front and be willing to get stuck in
• New opening

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• New opening experience
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
• Be creative
• Have F&B experience
• Must come from “Lifestyle” background
