My client is searching for a great Landlord—someone with deep expertise in the pub sector and a wealth of experience to help grow this charming community business.

The venue itself is lovely,  beautiful village pub with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for connecting with the locals.

The General Manager/Landlord,

As General Manager you will be directly responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation as well as working a long side the Operations team to drive sales, implement change and deliver a great experience.

You will be financially responsible and will be the face of the lovely venue!

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB:

The ideal Landlord for this business will be outgoing, passionate, and genuinely enthusiastic about the pub and restaurant Industry! It is essential you a people focused and enjoy developing you team.

The ideal general Manager will be fully financial accountable and have some branded restaurant or pub experience as well as a can-do attitude!

2 years’ experience at General Management level would be great!
