A new opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor has arisen at an established, progressive Leeds City Centre practice who have seen significant growth.

As part of the Commercial Real Estate team in Leeds you will be dealing with a range of commercial property matters including property acquisitions, development, investment, landlord & tenant, and real estate finance - you name it they do it and whilst they will try and play to your work preferences, they will need you to take on a range of work.


As the role involves a lot of client contact the successful candidate will need to be client focused with strong communication and negotiation skills.

You will need to be able to adapt to different situations whilst maintaining the first-class service the firm already has an excellent reputation for delivering.


The firm are looking for someone who has anything from NQ to 5 years' PQE with experience of commercial real estate and be hungry to learn in an outstanding award winning and supportive firm.
