As the Bar Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the bar, from daily operations to team management and beverage curation.

You will be responsible for delivering a top-tier service that aligns with the club's standards, ensuring that every guest enjoys a first-class experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar management, a passion for mixology, and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring efficient and high-quality service.
• Curate and manage a premium beverage menu, including signature cocktails, fine wines, and spirits.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of bar staff, fostering a professional and positive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the bar is always stocked.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing laws, and company policies.
