About the Role:

The Head of HR is accountable for all HR activities within the business to ensure continuity and process compliance.

You will work to attract and retain excellent team members, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, appraisals and exit interviews using key metrics to monitor success and advice the senior team on improvements and innovation within your department.

About you:

• An experienced HR generalist with a passion for people
• A background in hospitality and / or premium retail
• CIPD qualified
• Positive & can-do attitude!
