Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for exceptional food and beverage service? Our Client, who are a historic institution, are looking for a Deputy Food & Beverage Operations Manager to join their prestigious team.

As a key figure in their operations, you’ll work alongside the Food & Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth running of their diverse dining experiences across their world-renowned gardens and events as well supporting with the delivery of the F&B Operations.

You'll have the opportunity to innovate and elevate their culinary offerings, delivering a first-class experience to their members and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at shows and events
• Support and manage the third-party F&B providers onsite
• Manage budgets, optimize profitability, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
• Support the managers on a variety of projects

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience im large scale commercial F&B operations
• Experience of working in large scale events
• A creative approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Happy with flexible working as travelling to different sites is required
