As a team playing tech specialist with a track record in drafting, filing and prosecution of software/electrical patents, you will work closely with the team and be supported to deliver patent strategy to a diverse range of international, direct clients.

Day to day, your commercial awareness will prove vital as you work in unison with clients throughout each patent life cycle.

Your client portfolio will consist of subject matter relating to electrical engineering, software and telecommunications, giving you an excellent variety of work to manage and expertly advise on.

You will enjoy working collaboratively with multidisciplinary legal teams to support the wider commercial aims of your clients which will include liaising with other legal functions to review IP data during the investment/acquisition stages and IP ownership issues.

Your strong interpersonal skills, positive outlook and pragmatism will prove pivotal as you develop and build on deep and trusting partnerships with clients and colleagues alike whilst your career thrives.
