Guest Service Manager - 5 Star Hotel

My client is looking for a Guest Service Manager to join their 5-star hotel on the edge of London.

As Guest Service Manager your primary responsibility is to oversee the front desk and to ensure the guests experience a fantastic experience.

We are looking for someone with fantastic customer service skills and a born leader so that the guest receives the best experience.

About the position


  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to all customer and guest queries
  • Anticipate the guests needs
  • Oversee the running of the Front of House
  • Handle and oversee feedback and complaints
  • Act as Duty Manager
  • Run daily reports
  • Drive sales revenues and promote hotel services and facilities for up-selling opportunities
  • Act as an ambassador for the company brand

The successful candidate


  • Previous Duty Management experience in luxury hotels
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Opera experience
  • Someone who is well organised and willing to go the extra mile
  • Great career progression options
