We are working with an international technology business focused on enhancing hospitality operations.

Their suite of products includes management of scheduling, training, workforce management and customer feedback.

Due to  business growth they are looking for an end user support manager to advise customers, solve problems and work across various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a maternity cover contract for 10-12 months with the potential to become a permanent position.

Skills and Experience of a customer support manager:

• Experience in the hospitality industry- Pubs, restaurants of hotels
• Excellent organisational skills

• Experience within a similar technology setting would be beneficial
