We are recruiting a Deputy Manager on a permanent full-time basis to work within a CQC Good Rated Residential and Nursing Home.

You'll support with oversee daily operations, lead our dedicated team, and ensure top-tier care that exceeds standards.

The successful Deputy Manager will:

• Have strong leadership and communication skills.


• Be Nurse qualified, with 2+ years in a similar role.


• Hold in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspections.

• Ability to demonstrate emotional resilience when faced with difficult and demanding situations.
