Key Requirements:

• Extensive background in managing franchise operations, including experience in scaling and optimizing franchise models
• Proven ability to oversee and streamline multi-location operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Strong skills in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and improve operational performance
• Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and managing P&L responsibilities to ensure profitability and cost control
