Planning and Highway Paralegal

Service Care Legal are currently working alongside an exceptional local authority, based in Lancashire, which is seeking an experienced Planning and Highway Paralegal to join their team.

ROLE: Planning and Highway Paralegal

Rate: £16 - £20 an hour Umbrella

LOCATION: Preston / Hybrid Working

Contract Length: 1 Month Ongoing

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret planning documents, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.


• Able to handle high caseload in Planning and Highway from start to completion.


• Prepare planning appeal documents and submissions to relevant planning authorities.

About you:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Powerful understanding of planning laws, zoning regulations, land use policies, and highway regulations.


• Effective attention to detail and organisational abilities.
