They are looking for a Housing Management Lawyer to join their growing team.

Role: Housing Management Lawyer

Rate: £50 - £60 an hour Umbrella

Location: Newcastle (Hybrid role)

Contract Length: 3 months on going

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice to housing associations, landlords, property management companies, and local authorities on a range of housing management issues.


• Draft and review legal documents, including tenancy agreements, notices, court forms, and other housing-related documents.


• Handle your own House Management Caseload from start to completion.

About you:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 Years PQE in Housing law.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.


• Good understanding of housing legislation, tenancy law, and property management.
