This role involves managing health and safety standards, property maintenance, and supporting residents.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an Intensive Housing Management Worker to ensure properties meet safety standards and provide a supportive environment for residents.

Key responsibilities include:



  • Arranging and facilitating health and safety compliance inspections

  • Overseeing gas servicing, fire risk assessments, and electrical testing

  • Conducting monthly fire safety checks and maintaining records

  • Reporting and following up on property maintenance issues

  • Scheduling fire alarm testing and evacuation drills

  • Engaging in joint working with support workers

  • Escalating concerns to relevant parties



THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Housing Management role.

Essential requirements include:



  • Valid driver's license, own vehicle, and business insurance

  • Enhanced DBS certification

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Experience in health and safety compliance within housing

  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills



THE CONTRACT
40 Hours Per Week
12 Weeks, Temp to Perm
£16.50 to £17.00 per hour LTD company rate / £14.07 to £14.49 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday)
The Package
This is a temporary, Intensive Housing Management Worker role,40 hours per week for an initial 3 months, covering the recruitment process for a permanent team member, meaning the role could be extended, or become permanent.
