Job Title: Hotel Manager – International Hotel Group - Inverness

Salary: Up To £50,000 + share of profit

Location: Inverness

I am currently recruiting a Hotel Manager to join this modern hotel group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group.

As Hotel Manager you will oversee the entire operation of the hotel.

We are looking for an inspirational leader who is ready to invest in the development of their staff to create the best experience for our guests.

About the venue and company

• Modern hotel group
• Hotel Manager will take share of revenue
• After probation the Manager will take over as an independent manager

About the position

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Ensure KPIs are met
• Responsible for the new opening
• Ensure the hotel is compliant with H&S regulations

The successful candidate

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Track record in opening hotels
• Be able to inspire and motivate the team
• Great customer service and fantastic attention to detail
• Have a passion for hospitality
