This is an outstanding opportunity for a junior Solicitor looking to kick-start their career in Commercial Litigation.

In terms of the workload you will be dealing with, it is varied; you will gain experience in contract, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence matters, construction and building disputes and breach of trust and duties amongst other things.

This is a sizeable team and you would be working across the full group of expert Partners, which is a great way of developing your skills and litigation style, however it does mean that you will need to be able to manage your time well and be skilled at prioritising.

Our client is ideally looking for candidates from NQ level through to about 3 years PQE - those who have either completed a seat is Commercial Litigation with a solid disputes team and want to pursue the area on qualification, or Lawyers who have already qualified in litigation and are looking for their next step.

This PQE banding has however been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications from candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience
