Finance Business Partner - Frankfurt

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee financial operations for properties in Munich and Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts for management.
• Lead the finance team at the Operation Center South, reporting directly to the Business Partner Central Europe at Corporate HQ.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly financial statements and budget plans.
• Perform target/actual comparisons and deviation analyses, supporting financial planning across all properties.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and evaluate operational key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide insights to support the business by analyzing financial data and identifying growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure financial stability and effectiveness.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar finance role.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, particularly in budget management.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with SAP and Opera PMS experience highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
• Leadership experience and a structured approach to work.
