Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional service


• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care and support


• Collaborate with healthcare providers and stakeholders to enhance service delivery


• Conduct training and performance evaluations for team members


• Foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or community service setting - NVQ Level 3


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• A passion for helping others and a commitment to high standards of care


• Relevant certifications or degrees (preferred)
