I am currently working with a professional law firm based in Newcastle.

They are seeking a qualified Real Estate Solicitor to join their Newcastle office.

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team.

Role - Real Estate Solicitor

Salary - £40,000 - £50,000 - Negotiable due to experience

Location - Newcastle

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay updated with changes in property law, especially in the context of commercial real estate.


• Draft and review contracts for property transactions, including sale, purchase, and lease agreements.


• Assist with land acquisition, planning permissions, and legal aspects of property development.


• Development work, both commercial and residential;

About you:

• Development work, both commercial and residential;


• Strong ability to interpret property laws and apply them to real-world situations.


• Fully qualified solicitor with a practising certificate
