This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s not only a passionate foodie but also has solid experience managing multiple locations.

As the Head of Food, you'll take charge of all back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring top-notch consistency and quality across the board.

We need someone who’s hands-on, with strong leadership skills and the ability to bring it all together across Central London and the Southeast!

Head of Food requirements:

• Experience as an Executive Chef or Head of Food managing multiple sites!
• Strong leadership skills with expertise in kitchen management and menu development.
• Previous operational BOH and financial management.
