Customer Success Manager

Location: UK remote/Accessible to London

We are working with a growing business in hospitality martech.

They are pushing forward with innovative ideas, products and people, and would like to grow their support team with a customer success manager.

The ideal person will be a great networker, have lots of contacts in the hospitality industry and have excellent people skills.

They can offer genuine growth in an exciting start up environment, remote working options and a fun, friendly and progressive culture.

About the role:

The customer success manager will deal with the growing book of customers to make sure that the product is being used, customers are happy with the offer and that churn is reduced.

As a start up you will have the chance to wear many hats, so being the ‘face’ of the business at conferences, event and meetings, means you need to have great industry connections.

Due to the relatively new CS function, you will get to shape policies and processes, SLAs and core CS functions, as well as work closely with the business founders and C-Suite.

Skills and Experience:


  • Experience in hospitality technology
  • Reduction of churn
  • Escalate customer issues
  • Use data to monitor customer accounts and highlight high performers
  • Networking and event attendance
  • Have the desire to quickly progress your career
