Key Responsibilities:

• Establish strategic marketing objectives that align with the company’s goals, mission, and values, and ensure they are met across multiple business units
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, monitor KPIs, and manage resources effectively, including budget requests and proposals
• Lead, inspire, and manage the marketing team while collaborating with business partners to achieve shared outcomes, maintaining compliance with laws and regulations
• Continuously evaluate marketing campaigns for improvement by leveraging analytics, industry trends, and insights to provide proactive recommendations
