As a HGV Workshop Supervisor, you will manage a team of technicians, ensuring smooth workshop operations and high standards of work.

You will be responsible for:



* Leading and supervising a team of technicians in their day-to-day tasks.


* Scheduling maintenance and repair work, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.


* Overseeing stock control, ensuring parts and equipment are readily available.


* Ensuring adherence to safety procedures and legal compliance within the workshop.


* Providing training and support to staff to maintain top-tier service quality.

* Experience in managing a workshop environment, ideally within the automotive sector.


* Knowledge of HGV repair and maintenance.
