Commercial Property Senior Solicitor
Service Care Solutions are working alongside a successful law firm, based in Greater Manchester, which needs a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor to join its growing team.
This role pays a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 annually
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate high-value lease agreements, purchase agreements, option agreements, and development agreements.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including property rights, zoning laws, development projects, and land use regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior solicitors, paralegals, and administrative staff within the commercial property department.
About you:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in commercial real estate or property law with at least 7 years PQE.
- Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
