Commercial Property Lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a successful law firm, based in Haslingden, which needs a Commercial Property Lawyer to join its expanding team.

This role pays a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 Annum (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to commercial property transactions such as leases, purchase agreements, licenses, and development agreements.


• Advise landlords and tenants on the legal aspects of leasing commercial properties.


• Handle disputes that arise from commercial property transactions, including landlord-tenant disputes, breaches of contract, boundary disputes, and issues related to property damage.

About you:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Experience in commercial real estate or property law with at least 5 years PQE.


• Ability to conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
