We are working with a luxury mountain resort who is seeking a talented Banquet Sous Chef to join its culinary team.

This role will focus on executing high-end events and banquets, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation for guests.

The Banquet Sous Chef will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef to create innovative seasonal menus and lead the kitchen team to deliver seamless service during large-scale events.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a professional kitchen, showcasing strong culinary techniques and practices
• Proven ability to expertly prepare a variety of grilled items to high culinary standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaboration, along with familiarity with kitchen management software
• While experience in hotel banquet operations is desirable, strong culinary skills and a willingness to learn are also valued
