Are you a Fee Earner specialising in Residential Conveyancing looking to take on an exciting role in a full service regional practice? Are you looking to work as part of a progressive firm whose conveyancing team work traditionally with a focus on quality.

This role is based in Leeds, and you will gain exposure to the full spectrum of Residential Conveyancing matters, including sale and purchase, leasehold, freehold and transfers of equity.

Our client has built up an enviable client base that brings in high-quality residential conveyancing work with lots of client contact.

They are looking to recruit a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or a conveyancing fee earner qualified by experience to join their Leeds team.

You will be running your own mixed caseload including sale and purchase, leasehold, freehold, and transfers of equity.

With the support of an assistant, you will be expected to hit the ground running and require minimal supervision from partners.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar residential conveyancing role, excel at building relationships with clients and referrers and have meticulous attention to detail.
