They are seeking a Beverage Manager with a strong focus on wine to enhance their beverage programs, ensuring high standards in wine selection, pairing, and service across their establishments.

Skills and Experience

• Extensive Wine Knowledge, Expertise in Spanish and French wines, including varietals, regions, and pairing techniques
• Experience in developing and maintaining a beverage program, including inventory management, cost control, and supplier relationships
• Ability to train and mentor staff on wine service, including tasting techniques, proper storage, and presentation
• Proven track record of enhancing guest experiences through personalized wine recommendations and ensuring high service standards
