Cluster Hotel General Manager – Malta

Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 p/a depending on experience

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior General Manager or Cluster Hotel General Manager from a high-end city boutique; contemporary or quality lifestyle, full-service background.

You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, managing the daily operation of the business and the ongoing profitability of your hotels, ensuring revenue and guest satisfaction targets are met and exceeded while developing the Hotel Executive team to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the Group.

You must have / be

• Currently be in a Senior General Manager or Cluster GM role in a relevant Hotel, Collection or Group experience 
• Full service hotel experience at 4
  
  * or 5
  
  * standard (Premium, Lifestyle or Contemporary)
• Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and revenue management.
• Strategic and Commercially minded
• Strong financial acumen.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Pro-actively seeking opportunities to maximise revenue and develop service offered
• Track record in low staff turnover, high motivation and professionalism
• Experienced managing budgets, revenue proposals, creating business plan as well as short, medium and long-term strategies.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends.
