Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Location: Central New Jersey

A QSR brand is seeking a District Manager to oversee 6 locations.

The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence, drive sales growth, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

This is a great opportunity for a dynamic leader to make a significant impact on a growing brand.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a multi-unit manager a MUST!
• Within 1 hour of Central Jersey
• Confident and calm leader with superb communication and organisational skills
• In-depth understanding of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and analyzing P&L statements to drive profitability
