Job Title: Senior Commercial Contracts and Estates Lawyer
Location: Culham (Hybrid)
Rate: £550/day (Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Contracts and Estates Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years PQE to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and handling various complex matters related to commercial contracts and estates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on contractual and commercial estates matters.


• Draft, review, negotiate, and amend commercial contracts and commercial leases.


• Draft and negotiate collaboration agreements.


• Handle routine contractual and procurement work.


• Assist with complex contract management issues.


• Deliver training on legal and contractual matters to internal teams.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in commercial contracts and estates matters.


• Proven ability to work with complex commercial leases and agreements.


• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.


• Experience in contract management and procurement processes.
