The firm have consistent work coming in and have an established Conveyancing department.

Your caseload will include the full range of sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgage, new build and more complex matters such as shared ownership.

There is lots of opportunity to progress and develop your career with this role, and there will also be an opportunity to get involved in business development.

The firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who can assist with driving the growth of the department.

It is essential that you have considerable experience in Residential Conveyancing and can foresee a long-term career within this area of law.
