Are you a Residential Conveyancer on the lookout for a new role in Lincolnshire? A dynamic and growing law firm are hiring for their busy Residential Conveyancing department in Lincoln city centre.

The firm recruiting was originally founded over 25 years ago, and have offices across East Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire, and are growing year on year.

The main purpose of the job role would be to carry a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters, in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.

You would be dealing with clients face to face and over the phone, therefore great client care skills are essential.

The firm are open in terms of qualification so whether you are a Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, Solicitor or qualified with experience we do urge you to apply.

You must be able to hit the ground running with a full and varied Residential Conveyancing caseload.
