Insurance Technician

Service Care Solutions are working alongside a local authority in Solihull, for an Insurance Officer to join their team.

Location: Solihull.
Hours: 37 per week.
Salary: £14.65-£15.10 per hour (umbrella/ltd)
Contract: 12 months on going.

Requirements:

• UK experience is essential.


• This is a junior role.
  
  Looking for someone computer literate who can confidently work with spreadsheets.


• Ideally would like a candidate who has some insurance experience.


• Good customer facing skills.


• Hybrid: 2 days in the office (Thursdays for team meetings and Fridays)


• Officer is required to help support professional insurance advise to departments.


• Desirable to have knowledge of insurance policies, terms and conditions, claims process, claims settlement negotiations and local authority risk insurances.
