Location: New York City      

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

About our client:

We are excited to be working with a fun and trendy hospitality group.

They are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager to come on board their team.

As a manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is operated to the highest standards daily
• Coordinate with the kitchen operations to maintains menu consistency, food quality and a timely service
• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers and maintaining an energetic and fun environment for team members
• Support with the development and implementation of strategies to increase sales and exceed financial targets
• Assist with inventory management and cost controls

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven full-service restaurant manager experience
• Driven by creating excellent guest experiences
• A natural leader who has a desire to grow within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
