• Break rights


• Property disputes


• Change of use


• Commercial landlord and tenant disputes


• Professional negligence claims


• Enfranchisement


• Dilapidation disputes

This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to really establish themselves for the long-term in an innovative and rapidly expanding legal practice.

The successful candidate for this Property Litigation Solicitor role will ideally have 0-4 years PQE, has excellent client care skills and is confident in their own ability.
