The Ideal Assistant General Manager:

• Experience in high-volume Fast-Casual or Casual Dining environments 
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering great service 
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team development 
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach 
• Focused on results and motivated by achieving sales and customer targets
