Court of Protection Paralegal

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Court of Protection paralegal to join a reputable firm in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The firm is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Paralegal to join their team, and the firm offer fantastic support, home working options, and career development.

Joining the Court of Protection team, you will be supporting the department including four solicitors and one trainee.

Your day-to-day duties will consist of reading records, undertaking legal research, preparing court bundles, liaising with clients, courts and third parties.

The firm is looking for a candidate who has a genuine interest in Court of Protection work and helping others.

You will enjoy working on publicly funded work and have a proactive and caring approach.

And you will ideally have at least 6 to 12 months experience with Court of Protection matters.

Once settled into this role, you will have the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.
