CLUSTER DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES & OPERATIONS – KSA

We have been retained by this exciting, pioneering hospitality group to find them a Cluster Director of Human Resources & Operations.

We are interested in speaking to Saudi Nationals from an FMCG / Hospitality / Aviation / Retail or Leisure background…..

as long as you are hugely passionate about building, mentoring and all other HR functions.

Our ideal Cluster Director of HR Operations:

• Strong experience 10+ years in a hands-on, progressive Human Resources roles
• Background in FMCG / Hospitality / Aviation / Retail or Leisure background
• Inspiring leader who can manage a diverse team of expat & local talent
• Hands-on individuals who understands operations and pre-openings
• Relly be able to hit the ground running, strong trouble shooter and problem solver
• Someone who is firm but empathetic and understands local nuances
• Must be able to understand remote living – base location is remote
• Preference given to Saudi Nationals
