A highly regarded Yorkshire firm, with several offices across the region, has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm in either its Leeds or Knaresborough office.

Our client is a major Yorkshire law firm that has been expanding across the region in recent years and is going from strength to strength.

The firm is now looking to develop its commercial property team and is therefore seeking a tenacious individual who will take the department to the next level.

The firm is dedicated to expansion and has been highly successful with this in the past.

It is willing to invest time and money into the commercial property team, meaning this a fantastic opportunity for anyone wishing to make a name for themselves and become a leading figure within an already successful firm.

The Role:

• As a commercial property solicitor, you will be responsible for dealing with the existing workload, with a view to expansion, including further developing the client base and caseload, as well as marketing the department in the area.


• You will be heavily involved in business development, winning new clients and networking with existing clients in order to bring in more work.


• As a leading figure in the department's development, you have the opportunity to become a key figure in the business and have a chance to influence the future of the firm.


• You will be working in a firm which deals with a range of clients, and already has a strong reputation in the region.

The Candidate:

• The firm is looking for someone who is tenacious, dedicated and driven; willing to work hard and get involved in the development of the department.


• The successful candidate will ideally be NQ-2 years PQE in commercial property


• As a commercial property solicitor, you should be confident and able to communicate effectively and be enthusiastic about business development.


• You should be dedicated to and passionate about client care.
  
  You should also be a strong team player who is able to build lasting relationships with both colleagues and clients.
