Senior Litigator

Well-established, respected law firm looking for a Senior Litigator to join in their Leek office.

Our client is a multi-service legal practice with a national reach that prides itself on their excellent client care and experienced, specialist teams.

Within this role, you will be working on a varied Litigation caseload with some aspects of Corporate law.

Within this role, your day-to-day duties may include:

• Working on a mixed caseload of tribunal matters


• Attending Court


• Advising clients


• Reviewing cases and ensuring everything is up to date


• Applying strong case strategies


• Taking part in pleadings, hearings and disclosures


• Witness statement preparation

The successful candidate for this Senior Litigator role will ideally have between 5-6 years PQE, is able to work well under pressure, is confident in their own ability and is wanting to establish themselves for a long-term career.
