My client is fantastic 4

* hotel and conference venue in Oxfordshire who are looking for a Superstar Sales Manager to head up the team.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the venue is maximised for rooms and all meeting & event spaces on site, managing the sales team, looking at pricing strategies, and maintaining seamless communication with operational teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities :


  • Optimize revenue through effective diary and channel management
  • Develop and execute rate strategies for rooms and events to align with budget goals
  • Ensure accurate forecasts, reports, and seamless event operations
  • Train, support, and oversee the sales team to maintain high standards of customer service
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales and revenue objectives

The Ideal Candidate:


  • Experienced in sales, events & revenue management from a hotel background
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed targets
  • A proactive leader passionate about hospitality and revenue growth
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Personable and professional
