Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth goals.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high performance across all departments.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor department heads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
• Growth & Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion, new product launches, and revenue growth.
• Performance Monitoring: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business success and continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the CEO, board of directors, and external stakeholders to align operational objectives with business priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role, ideally within the food retail or FMCG sector.
• Strong expertise in managing large-scale operations, supply chains, and multi-site retail environments.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to drive team engagement and performance.
• A track record of implementing innovative operational strategies and achieving measurable business results.
• Data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in performance monitoring tools.
• Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
• Strong financial skills and experience with turnaround projects
