Personal Injury Solicitor

A top 100 law firm based in Manchester is recruiting a Personal Injury Solicitor to assist in handling complex claims and delivering excellent service to clients.

You would join their specialised Personal Injury team who are committed to providing access to justice to those who have been catastrophically injured; cases include brain and spinal injury, amputation and complex orthopaedic problems.

Role Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of Personal Injury files alongside supporting a senior practitioner.


• Offering professional, compassionate support while helping clients navigate complex legal processes.


• Engaging in business development and identifying growth opportunities while staying ahead in legal and market trends.


• Adhering to high ethical standards, keeping pace with legal developments and contributing to team success.

The ideal candidate:

• A qualified lawyer with 0-3 years PQE in Personal Injury law, particularly serious injury cases.


• Proficiency in case handling from inception to trial, including preparing detailed schedules of loss and navigating complex legal issues.


• Exceptional communication, IT literacy and time management skills.


• Experience managing sensitive client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
