We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at this established and growing Thai restaurant group.

With a focus on authentic, freshly prepared dishes, this is an opportunity to take charge of a vibrant and fast-paced kitchen while working toward a broader leadership role within the company.

The Senior Head Chef will play a pivotal role in managing the team, streamlining operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

The Company:

• A dynamic group with four sites and plans for future growth.
• A supportive leadership structure offering intensive training for those new to Thai cuisine.
• Weekly sales between £24-£27k, with Deliveroo and bar food contributing to a thriving business.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Senior Head Chef or highly experienced Head Chef with strong kitchen management skills.
• Experience in high-volume operations, managing labour and GP percentages effectively.
• Leadership capabilities to train and inspire a diverse team, including both experienced chefs and newcomers.
• Openness to learning and refining skills in modern Thai cuisine.
