Your new role includes:

• Measuring and Planning: Take accurate measurements of window and door frames to ensure proper fitting.


• Installation: Fit and install aluminium windows, doors, and frames according to specifications and industry standards.


• Frame Preparation: Prepare the aluminium frames by cutting, welding, or assembling them as necessary.


• Sealing and Insulating: Apply seals, gaskets, and insulation to windows and doors to ensure energy efficiency and weather resistance.


• Screwing, Bolting, and Fixing: Secure windows and doors in place with appropriate hardware such as screws, bolts, and brackets.


• Handling Tools and Equipment: Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery required for window and door fitting tasks.


• Quality Control: Check the quality of materials and finished installations, ensuring they meet specified standards and performance expectations.


• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues with installations or materials and find solutions to resolve them.

Experience you need:

• 5 years in Aluminium Window and Door installation


• Must have experience with aluminium


• Your own van and tools


• Setting out


• Can be one person or a team of staff


• Installation experience of commercial glass, doors, windows, curtain walling


• Read and interpret drawings


• Quality Focused


• Current Safe Pass


• Ability to use a variety of installation tools from hand tools to machinery


• Ability to travel when required
