Role: Senior Architectural Technologist (Hybrid/Remote)
Location: Mayo
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Our client is recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to lead the technical team on various commercial and hospitality projects, proficient with Autodesk Revit, BIM protocols and confident in Technical Detailing and Specification using NBS Chorus.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural Technology and 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in commercial projects, familiarity with hospitality a plus.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong experience in BIM.
- Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR and on-site experience.
- Comfortable with client-facing responsibilities, site meetings and problem-solving.
