Title: General Operative

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Operative to join our dynamic team.

This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our production area and ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
, Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

• Use a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) to move finished goods to designated storage area.

,Palletise and wrap products for storage and shipment.
,Clean and maintain the packing area to ensure a hygienic and efficient workspace.
,Accurately complete all required paperwork related to production and quality checks.
,Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards.

Requirements:
,Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
,Ability to operate a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) safely and efficiently (training can be provided).
,Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
,Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
,Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25kg).
,Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
