Commercial Property Partner

Sacco Man has been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Partner to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm.

This opportunity is within a firm we've placed many people with across a range of disciplines and are now looking to grow their Commercial Property team due to busyness and a growing client base.

They are looking for a strong Commercial Property Partner, ideally with a contact base / following of work.

The firm are known for being highly supportive to incoming Partners and give long, realistic lead in time to allow senior lawyers to settle in and get up and running.

The commercial property team cover the following areas:

• Development


• Energy


• Housing Regeneration


• Investment


• Retail


• Manufacturing


• Food and beverages


• Leisure

As well as this, you will be helping to build and maintain your network and take part in Business Development Initiatives to grow the department as a whole.

The practice is more of a boutique than an international practice but the clients are comparable to a larger firm and so they also pay comparative to a larger practice whilst giving you the benefits of being part of a smaller outfit.

You'll be offered hybrid working opportunities and to be part of a well-known and liked team.
