Residential Conveyancer

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a well-established and award-winning law firm who have several offices across the East Midlands.

They are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their team in their Leicester office.

This role allows hybrid working.

About the Role

• Run a busy caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions (including freehold and leasehold) sales and purchases from start to finish, with minimal supervision


• Liaise regularly with the firms' clients


• Work closely with the rest of the conveyancing team

About You

• It is essential that you are confident in running your own caseload of sales and purchases


• You will have a solid background as a residential conveyancer and will be qualified as Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer


• You will have hands on residential conveyancing fee earning experience to join their successful team
